9. Refunds

​

Payments and deposits are non-refundable without exception. Please carefully review our image and style programs, online products and in-person coaching service, before agreeing to purchase. You (the client) are solely responsible for any programs and online product fees purchased from Renaissance Woman of Style. Regardless if you choose to use the program or online product and regardless of the fact if you have chosen to pay in full or via payment plan agreement. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued or monthly payment plan forgiven. In addition, a $15.00 late fee will be incurred for missed payments not received or are submitted past the due date.

Reasonableness

​

By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable and where appropriate enforceable.

If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.

Other parties

We are dedicated to ensuring our clients achieve their image and style goals, as well as being holistically transformed from our Renaissance Woman of Style Coaching sessions. We pride ourselves on offering accessible, professional and courteous services in-person and online and expect the same professional enthusiasm and courtesy from our clients. Clients who are unable to treat the staff and owner of Renaissance Woman of Style with respect, courtesy and professionalism will be removed from our exclusive client roster and all enrolled services with Renaissance Woman of Style will be immediately discontinued with the discretion of the owner, Tonya J.
